I’ve not truly kept a proper sketchbook for this piece as it has type of evolved from a test piece I tried to discover an notion in generating quite complex structures with restricted 4-Axis mills. This is what my bench looked like right now as I attempted to perform out a little "particle technique" for the gemstones in the piece.
